We only supply and sell to New Zealand customers. We don't ship to customers out side of New Zealand. If you are looking to place an order with us from out side New Zealand please email us at email@example.com.
Same day deliveries for Tauranga orders must be processed before 3pm. For purchases after 3pm on the day of sale delivery will be the next working day.
All sales over a weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Accuracy of Information
We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, our own photography studio and often our own descriptions of the products.
Although we aim that every picture and description is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn't correct. If you've purchased something based on a picture or description on the website which turns out to be incorrect we'll happily replace or refund the product.
Cycles2you warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after original purchase. Original proof of purchase is required. This warranty is made only with the original purchaser of the product and does not extend to any third parties.
Warranty covers the manufacturing defects of its products. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
the lack of reasonable or proper maintenance
abuse of product
non-compliance with manufacturers specifications of usage
normal wear and tear
This warranty does not apply when the product has been modified.
This warranty does not apply when the serial number or production code has been deliberately altered, defaced or removed.
This warranty shall not cover damages caused by the use of parts of different manufacturers. This warranty shall not cover damages caused by the use of parts that are not compatible, suitable and/or authorized by cycles2you.co.nz
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition, unused with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned in the original unmarked packaging and in good condition.
